By engaging AquaTech Solutions for water tank manufacturing, installation, or related services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include manufacturing plastic water tanks, professional installation, delivery, and maintenance services across Peninsular Malaysia.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders require a 50% deposit before manufacturing begins, with the balance due upon delivery or installation completion. Custom tank orders may require full payment in advance due to their specialized nature.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing schedules, weather conditions, and site accessibility. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
All water tanks are manufactured using food-grade polyethylene materials and meet SIRIM MS 1064 standards for potable water storage. Tank specifications, including capacity and dimensions, are confirmed during the ordering process and cannot be modified once manufacturing begins.
Professional installation includes site preparation assessment, tank positioning, basic plumbing connections, and system testing. Customers must ensure site accessibility for delivery vehicles and installation equipment. Additional charges may apply for complex installations or remote locations.
Installation warranty covers workmanship defects for 12 months. Tank manufacturing warranty is 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, company cheque, and cash on delivery (for orders under RM 10,000). Late payment charges of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue accounts. Full payment is required before tank delivery or installation commencement.
AquaTech Solutions warrants products against manufacturing defects and provides installation warranties as specified. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for consequential damages, water damage, or losses due to improper use or maintenance.
Customers are responsible for proper tank maintenance, including regular cleaning and inspection. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may involve inspection by our technical team.
Standard tank orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins. Delivered tanks may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
AquaTech Solutions is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or material shortages.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Penang, Malaysia. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
